About Spice Genie & Chef Christopher Branza

Christopher Branza, known for his bold street food innovations, is the culinary mind behind Spice Genie, and winner of RTE’s Battle of The Food Truck. His menus pay tribute to his Goan heritage while bringing modern, inventive flair to traditional dishes. With stints in Michelin kitchens and features in Time Out and Eater, Branza is now offering an intimate way to experience the flavors that shaped his roots.
