At Glansallagh Gardens, 5 kilometres from the pub, our vegetable beds, tunnels and hot house are brimming with fresh fruit and veg, it’s a forager’s dream in the nearby woods, hedgerows, and coastline, surrounding farms produce meat and dairy products of the highest standard and our offshore waters in the Celtic Sea are blessed with a wide variety of sea life. Using these wonderful ingredients we invite you to join us to taste classic dishes from Spain, Peru, The Southern States, India and Italy. Extensive Drinks menu at the bar and Buena Comida cocktails.

It’s a collaboration between Ciarán ‘Doxy’ Meade and Danny Morriss for Levis Cornerhouse 2024. After meeting in prison cookery class they bonded over a love of food and the finer things in life and currently cater for retreats, special occasions, and festivals.
