Bia Rebel Back in Belfast

Posted on: 2 September, 2020

The Bia Rebel Ramen Pop Up is over in Levis. On 30th August, Brian Donnelly, Uncle Peter & Little Patrick headed off back to the North.

The Bia Rebel family spent a month in Ballydehob, slinging noodles, filling buns, keeping us all fed & happy.

Thanks to Bia Rebel Pop Up, Levis (ish) was able to stay open, with pre bookings, socially distant spacing, mask wearing, sanitiser squirting, the whole shebang. A lot of work but a lot of craic, Live Music & a few Pints too.  We are very grateful for the Northern lads for taking it all in their stride and helping us out. We know people appreciated being together and that made all the difference. All through the month we received kind, supportive & happy messages from customers. The Sunday Times included Bia Rebel at Levis in Irelands Top 20 Food Trucks this Summer..McKenna Guides compared Levis new Outback to an Indiana Jones meets Blade Runner set 🙂 🙂 …and Brians Ramen as ‘electrifying’.. in the best way..and it was !

We will miss the lads..but we are excited about the next chapter.

Goin’ to keep on truckin’

😉

X Levis
